When I decided to coach others I understood that much of the content would come from my professional knowledge and from my own life's experience.
It was important for me to be the guide and bridge for people who have encountered set backs in their life. Whether dealing with misplaced focus, difficulty coping, or having trouble finding the answer for the inner questions they may have. My coaching would bring them back into the alignment that would restore them to their usefulness.
Having designed a program that walks them along the path of finding their centre and increasing self awareness. This is actually a why for me. :)
